The staff was very polite. the location is prime for transportation. The train station is just five minutes away. my room was always kept very clean.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. They provided excellent recommendations and directions. they assisted with calling taxis and always answered my questions with a smile. i found their superb hospitality charming.

The room I stayed in felt quite small. I think the bathroom was similar to what you might find in a caravan.

the staff provided helpful and efficient service. breakfast included fish, which i liked. i received complimentary water bottles each day.
the room was small. it lacked sufficient space to open my suitcase comfortably. the floor carpet seemed old, giving the building a less appealing appearance.

The location was great for exploring. the ginza and chiyoda lines were very close, so getting around was easy. i appreciated the nearby convenience stores. They were just a short walk away. i also found the dehumidifier in the room a nice touch.
The room felt small. it was difficult to move around with two medium-sized cases. it was a little inconvenient to go up or down just one floor. The check-in process was quite busy.
